How we do it: The 6 Steps to Fruition

Every project, large or small, benefits from a process efficiently guiding it to a successful conclusion. Some of these steps will require action from you and your staff, other portions will involve assistance from us.

1) Listen and Discover - Review your current situation and
clarify your goals

This first step allows both you and us to gain an understanding of your current situation and evaluate your current marketing materials for common sales killing mistakes (SEE TOP SIX LIST HERE). We’ll clarify what you expect from your company and guide you to a sharper vision for the future.

2) Assess and Explore your market, your threats and
opportunities, your capabilities

When we review your market and the needs of your clients, you'll know exactly whom you need to reach and what they want to hear. We'll discuss whether you should expand or narrow your market.

Self-evaluation is always a difficult task for a small business. Your client's perception of your company is the most important opinion of all, and it's a lot different from yours. We'll bridge that gap and look at what you need to do to move forward.

3) Define your core marketing message - Determine your unique
competitive advantage

What distinguishes you from your competitors? Is it obvious? Do you have a specialty? We'll make you stand out from the rest.

We'll write a clear, persuasive, sales- focused core marketing message. Not only will it become the centre of your communications, but it will be the key to opening the door to new business from prospects and existing customers.

4) Plan a strategy for developing new business and ensuring
the future success of your business.

We'll review your budget and time requirements, determine which marketing channels are appropriate, and discuss and determine solutions for your printed and web-based marketing materials.

5) Develop and design - Marketing Materials that get results.

First, we present a set number of solutions (concepts of logos, core messaging, brochures, or website designs, etc.), with a rationale of why each concept is appropriate and why it will work as a marketing tool for your specific business.

During the creative process new ideas and enhanced solutions will come to light. In each case, we call you to discuss it and decide together how to proceed.

We keep you informed of our progress. Once we obtain your approval for one concept of each element you require, we refine and develop the solution.

It is usually best for a small company to do a good share of the work themselves, provided they have qualified people who have the time. But you can get as much - or as little - assistance as you need. We’ll work with you, to keep your marketing efforts productive and on-track.
